Course Description:
       
The purpose of this book is to assist you in motivating your clients to start, continue, and maintain a diet and/or fitness program.
        As a motivational coach and speaker, Dr Kelley has assisted people with weight management for over two decades.  She doesn't give you a specific diet or exercise program to follow.  There are plenty of those already out there.  Instead, she will solve the problem which millions of people face, which is failing to stick with their diet and/or exercise program.  Most people start on a diet or exercise program with zeal, yet discontinue after a short period of time.  While most people are very interested and concerned about their health and appearance, they are usually not
