As founder and CEO of GROW Training Institute, Inc., Lyn Kelley has over 25 years experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in CA and a Certified Professional Coach.  She is an international motivational speaker and has developed workshops for coaches, mental health and medical professionals in the areas of practice building and coaching.  She is a practice building consultant, specializing in assisting helping professionals build their clientele and income.  She has written 20 continuing education courses, and 37 books for the general public.  Lyn's mission is "to help my colleagues increase their pratice growth and success."

Ali Eppy, Ph.D., LMFT, CPC

Ali Eppy has over 20 years experience in the counseling profession. She has a psychotherapy and coaching practice in Santa Cruz County, California. Her wide variety of training as well as her academic, personal and professional experiences enrich her coaching work. For example, her background in Sociology and Counseling Psychology enable her to appreciate both the individual and his/her social context. Ali brings her background in university teaching and community theatre into her seminar presentations. Kenda Swartz, MA, MFTI, CPC

Kenda Swartz earned her MA in Marital Family Therapy with an emphasis on Art Therapy Psychology at College of Notre Dame in Belmont, CA. She is currently an MFTI with over twelve years of human relations experience including general business consulting, human resources, employee training and development, and management. Kenda a national motivational speaker and Certified Professional Coach, is also an employee development trainer. Her company, NRG Communications, offers organizations and their most vital resource, the employees, new resources for growth through various skills training such as team building, she works part time as the Program Director with a non-profit organization, the Center for Healing and Wellness where she works with adults facing serious illness and their children.
